About this space;
Immerse yourself as a Brisbane local in this prime position, modern apartment!
Pack your walking shoes or heels, as it’s a short walk to nearby RBH, Brisbane Showgrounds, King Street dining precinct &/or a quick Uber to the Valley + CBD.
Enjoy the building facilities, with a dip in the pool, work out in the gym or lay in the sun in the peaceful, zen manicured garden grounds….
The space;
We’ve just finished (July 2023) a complete renovation of the whole apartment, with all new appliances (cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer), brand new carpet throughout, new glass in bathrooms, all fittings (handles, towel rails) + paint throughout!
A spacious 3-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment at 127m2, with a central open plan kitchen, dining living + out to a large outdoor balcony…
With an outlook towards the Royal Brisbane Hospital, you can watch the helicopter land, or close up the sliding doors for some peace & quiet.
Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you’ll need to bake, fry, sauté + grill!
There’s also a full laundry with washing, machine & dryer to keep you clean :)
The building features an outdoor pool, gym, sauna, beautiful landscaped gardens + park your car in our remote security carpark.
Perfect for singles, couples, families + business travellers…but not for parties of any description.
Please note* The building has a strict no party or gatherings policy & the building is entirely no smoking. The on-site management enforce this with immediate eviction + security costs passed on (warning for those wanting to break the rules).
