Check-in was incredibly difficult. You have to collect keys off site, then find parking off site, then walk quite a distance to the apartment location to check in with incorrect instructions. We had check in instructions which directed us to another floor and the key would obviously not work so we got stuck in an elevator for 20 minutes and then when we finally got out to be able to call the "helpline" for the property manager we spent 45 minutes sitting in the lobby because no one would pick up. We then tried the lifts again on our own and randomly pressed all buttons to see if anything would work to which we got up to level 6 and magically found our apartment on a different floor to the instructions provided. We did not receive any help or further instructions form the property manager until they contacted us that night at 1:57am. We got to Brisbane city at 3pm and were not able to check in till approximately 5pm which just put a dampener on the whole evening and really made everyone quite frustrated. The apartment is nice but the kitchen is falling apart and there are very limited amenities.
