「I would stay there again. However it would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the appliances. Had to figure out using chatgbt how to use dishwasher and washer/dryer. Could have had more kitchen garbage bags. There was just the one there and no others.」

「Really loved staying in this studio - I booked it specifically to avoid hot and noisy hotels, especially as it was a heatwave when I stayed. The accommodation was quiet and spacious with plenty of windows for fresh air, and it was more like a 1 bed flat than a studio - I loved having full kitchen facilities. It was fantastic all round. The only thing I would add is tea bags, as I was surprised there weren't any provided.... But that's the Brit in me, so this is did not reduce my high rating for...

「Beautiful, well furnished apartment. Spotlessly clean. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the L'Occitane toiletries in bathroom. Very luxe! Great to have Nespresso Machine with pods too. So many great dining options nearby. Cool to hear students practising in the Uni Music School Building opposite the apartment. 」

「A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....

Comfy hotel with an awful experience

"Hotel is quite new in comparison with other International brand hotels in that area. Comfortable bed, room nice and clean. Within walking distance to CBD and tourist area. However, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night around 1:30am and we learned the next day that it’s a fire drill. That’s totally ridiculous to me. I’ve travelled around the world in the past 50 yrs and never came across any hotel like this. The fire alarm woke all hotel guests without prior notice nor explanation on site. Guests including myself needed to run around to check out what’s happening. Hope they never ever do this again. We’re extremely tired after a whole day’s travelling and desperately needed a good night’s sleep. "

"位於Bristol city Centre, 地點非常方便，要走到購物區、大學、博物館都是步行10分鐘可達距離。附近有很多餐廳、商店、小超市，交通也有多班公車，去吊橋、火車站都很便利。飯店本身是很漂亮的歷史建築，房間寬敞，早餐是英式傳統早餐式的自助餐，一定吃得飽！是到Bristol的絕佳選擇。"
