“My family had an excellent experience. We did get lost coming in, as google kept translating the address as in golden BC not Nicholson. We contacted the host and she got us to her where she personally drove up and let us follow her. The customer service was so amazing. The main sleep area had the most comfortable bed, pillows and blanket ever! The bathroom was beautiful,the windows all the way around provide a beautiful visual and the hot tub was very nice. We had a great experience.”

“The space is located on the second floor of a condominium complex, and you have to be buzzed in to enter the building. Overall, the rooms are a bit smaller than average, but the condo is well maintained, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The main issue is that there are no blackout curtains in the primary bedroom, so quite a bit of light comes in at night and in the early morning. The towel and coffee service could also use some upgrading. Overall, it is a nice, well-maintained space, but a……

“What a wonderful historic rental. The house was tastefully decorated and paid much homage to its rich history. We enjoyed our stay immensely and loved learning about the history of the area. Hosts were extremely helpful/ communicative and check in was very simple.”

“House is great! Spent 30 minutes waiting outside the house upon arrival because the host did not know the code to the lockbox to get the key, so that was weird. Once inside, everything was fantastic! I would triple check with the host before arriving that they will be able to get you into the house with no problems.”

“This log chalet is an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the sweeping, beautiful views of the nearby mountains and farm fields. The complete privacy of the property was exactly what we were looking for. The Oak Chalet was immaculately clean, incredibly well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. “Very much enjoyed the stay at this property. It was fully furnished with everything you need. Close enough to walk downtown yet away from the foot traffic and vehicle traffic. The pool and hot tub were literally steps away out the back door and not crowded, with a quiet time between 10 pm -7 am. Ideal for families who want to make sure to have a good night’s sleep. Spotting elk in downtown Canmore was priceless!”

“A great property! Loads of space, great balcony and everything you need there. Very convenient location, only 10-15 mins walk to main shops and restaurants, 5 mins to new shops and bus stop to Banff. Definitely recommend this property and would stay again!”

“Our family stayed for a week in mid Dec recently. Perfect location to see all the sights. Can walk into town. We have two teenage boys that had their own bed and bathroom to share. Plenty of space to hang together or be alone. Kitchen was fabulous and well stocked. ”
