「Spotless apartment, nice amenities. Excellent communication with owner/manager. 」

「Horrible. The property totally misrepresented the amenities. The hot tub, sauna and pool were out of commission for months. None of those amenities were available. I canceled but the place refused to give me my money back saying I missed the 24 hour cancelation period. Yes, after booking they sent an an email late at night saying those amenities weren't available and I had 24 hours to check my email and then cancel. Stay far away from this property. 」

「The host experience was disappointing. She wasn’t on the property and offered little help when issues came up. The table linen was dirty, bedding felt like hand-me-downs, and there was no dish or shower soap on arrival. When I asked, she told me to “look around” for it and to use a pot to boil water since there was no kettle. A lamp had a severed wire, and the bathroom sink plug didn’t work.The property is “pet-friendly” only in that dogs are allowed — the outside area is sheer rock and cactus...
