“Eden Cottage is perfect for a country loving Couple. Very comfortable, well equipped and charming accommodation in a lovely rural location. Lots of lovely walks to explore the surroundings from your doorstep. Nearest Village is only a very short 5 minute car ride , Which has all necessary amenities Such as Supermarket, Pharmacy, Petrol station, Indian and Chinese takeaway plus Fish & Chip shop . “The waiting room was perfect for our week in North Norfolk. The accomodation was great with the hosts thinking of everything you might need equipment wise. Everything was comfortable and like a home from home. A very quiet location with no night time noise. The hosts also left fresh flowers and chocolates which was lovely and thoughtful.We would certainly recommend this cottage to others.”

“Considering that this was the beginning of the summer season, the property was not ready in any way. The outside perimeter of the property was very dirty which should’ve been ready for paying guests. You wouldn’t want to sit out, let alone eat there.Reading the description of the cottage, you can see that it stretches political correctness. eg ‘walk-in shower’ you imagine that to be perfect for most. I have never seen one so small. If you dropped the soap you had to open the doors to be able to……
