「Location was good. Check in process was easy. The beds were comfortable. I don’t prefer to degrade but I also want to be honest though. The room was falling apart. There is obvious water damage. Drywall was falling off walls and ceilings. Several old patches. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bed and bathroom were mostly clean, but the carpet was full of hair and probably hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There were several spider webs on the walls and stains on part of the comforters....

「This hotel is a gem. Although the building is older, the room was spotless, updated, and everything was in perfect working order. The restaurant cooked an excellent breakfast to order and the Italian dinners were authentic and delicious. To top it off, the hospitality was warm and welcoming, it was a 5 minute walk to both the downtown and the beach. Loved this place and would return in a heartbeat. 」
