Birthday Getaway

It the place was no nice! We a message from mgmt about A/C company was working on the unit.Sure enough, they we're just wrapping up when we got there. The fireflies at night from the hot tub and the families of deer that come through every morning was made for some great memories! And THAT'S why we wall love to travel right? Memories. I highly recommended.

Horrible Customer Service

1) The night prior to arrival I got a text asking for items they “never” received…. This was false and I forwarded them all 10 email replies I sent to them. 2) It was infested with aunts and spiders as there was a spider web/cob in the master bathroom. 3) “Working” faucets were all broken and had to be “repaired” with super glue by the maintenance guys. 4) Horrible customer service!!! I emailed all concerns on arrival with pictures. Took them almost 24 hours to contact me and “try” to correct the issues. I personally went to the rental office as it was less then 5 minutes from my cabin…. They claimed they corrected the issues but this was not true I’ll I physically went in to see a RUDE representative… she even went to down grading this cabin saying it’s not luxury it’s economy…. Odd as all they advertise is “Luxury” cabins….. they only care about certain properties with guest in them.

Great place to be with the ones you love and enjoy nature.

It is a welcoming and cozy cabin with everything you need to relax and enjoy. The manager was very swift to reply to any issues we had. Would recommend to friends and family! Only complaint was the cleanliness was just okay..hair in the shower and dust around some places. The hit tub could have been pre-warmed also but, I'm just being picky!

The perfect spot!

Great location - very close to the main road where everything is. We had a 2 year old and 6 month old and it was cozy, comfortable and enough space for everyone to have their own place to sleep! They really thought of everything - we had everything we needed in the kitchen, tons of board games, movies, and more. We would definitely come back!
