"The property is very clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly. My room was very comfortable. I will most definitely come back and stay there again."

"We arrived and were greeted upon arrival. Check in went smooth and the staff was very friendly. We headed to the room (17th floor the very top floor). Once arrived in the room. It was very clean. A tad crowded with furniture. Every room has a small patio. We checked it out. The rails for the patios are not very secure as the rails are very loose. We headed back inside and relaxed for a bit before we headed to an event. The whole reason for booking the hotel. We headed to the event and when event came back. We were greeted upon arrival. The beds are comfortable and we were able to sleep. I would say the only downfall is one could hear the traffic but I also feel that is because the location is near major road. I would stay here again. 8/10 "

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However I didn’t realize the room fridge was preloaded with purchasable items. I would have really liked a fridge for the price of the room. Also the GPS always wanted to bring me to the underground for some reason. I got lost a couple of times and started using the address for the pharmacy across the street. "

"I would highly recommend staying at this hotel! The property was clean, in a great location and had wonderful service. The breakfast included far exceeded other breakfasts offered at other hotels. The parking was also easily accessible. We received a free upgrade to a room that better suited our needs and this was something we didn’t even ask for. I will definitely be staying at this location again the next time I am in Chicago."
