"We had a great stay at the cottage while in town visiting family. Josh was a great host - very welcoming and super communicative throughout our stay. All the info you need is provided on a handy guide at the cottage. We also appreciated the late checkout. Cottage is in a great location - we walked to coffee shops, etc. Beds are super comfy. The kitchen has everything! We loved the coffee maker. Next time we need a place in Roswell, we will definitely stay here!"

"We needed to accommodate 7 family members. The house was very comfortable for a large group. The house was clean and well appointed. Bedrooms were comfortable and the very nice linens. The backyard was not as expansive as the picture shows but very adequate. It was nice to have a covered patio with comfortable furniture. The gas grill was in great condition which we enjoyed. The neighborhood felt very safe and it was lovely."
