「We arrived and had to message to get check in info. It was not sent in advance. That night we realized none of the beds had flat sheets— just fitted sheet and a comforter. I contacted the host in the morning (Mon.) no response until late that day letting us know we would get sheets Tuesday. I asked for it to be before 10am so we could be there to take them in. I also notified the host of the excessive noise from the other side of the duplex, keeping our family up until well after midnight. Tues....
