Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war an sich gut ABER bei Anreise wurden wir vom Vermieter verduzt angeschaut und gefragt was wir hier wollen. Offenbar hat es Belvilla versäumt eine Buchungssperre für das Objekt (über Silvester) einzurichten. Es bestand eine Doppelbelegung und der Vermieter hat nur nach langem hin und her eingewilligt das wir bleiben dürfen. Wir waren allerdings dazu verdonnert, nach 8h Autofahrt 3 Stunden auf die Fereienwohnung zu warten. Wir hatten 4 Kinder dabei und es war schon spät am Abend. Außerdem gab es bei der Übermittlung von Ferienwohnung Direkt an Belvilla warscheinlich auch Probleme da nur eine statt 8 Personen für die Ferienwohnung gemeldet wurden. Die Hotline war natürlich nicht zu erreichen. Bei der Bezahlung waren sie allerdings hinter dem Geld her wie der Teufel hinter den Seelen. Geld wurde pünktlich angewiesen, wurde aber erst einen Tag nach Stichtag bei Belvilla gebucht. Prompt kam eine Mahnung mit der Androhung einer Stornierung obwohl schon 1/3 angezahlt war! Wir werden nie wieder bei Belvilla buchen!
