“Staff was nice and helpful.. the room itself wasn't clean. Housekeeping left a used towel hanging in the shower.. it had pubic hair in the towel from use. There was blood smeared on the wall near the lightswitch. The pool was closed for maintenance (I picked the hotel because it had a pool). We went to breakfast and the floors were really sticky and nothing was cleaned up.”

“The check in person was terrible. She was sweet but had no knowledge of the business. I paid beforehand and was charged twice for incidentals. The first room had one pillow and no remote and I was told the tvs were down. Then tried to shower and the water didn’t work. Had to be switched to another room and then all of a sudden it comes with a remote and working tv. First and last visit to this establishment. Oh and the indoor pool looked like something abandoned from a horror film.”
