「The chalet is very cozy , was no hot tub but otherwise very nice property . Would go out in the morning to drink coffee and see the bears in the yard playing. The pool was a 2 minute drive from the chalet .」

「It was definitely beautiful views! Kitchen was small to cook four my four kids but we made it work. Cute condo ! The host was fantastic! I would definitely come back. The only negative was the load neighbors up stairs and the pot smoker next door made it hard to enjoy our balcony! Loved seeing the bears everyday.」

「We loved the location. The views on the top of the mountain were amazing. And it was cooler up there, which was nice in July. The kitchen is a bit small, but the rest of the condo is beautiful and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The host had excellent communication.」

「Accommodations were exactly as advertised. Condo was very clean! The only drawback was the non-stop construction noise every time we were at the condo throughout the day. As they had scaffolding up right outside bedroom windows and were hammering non-stop, the noise situation was far from ideal:(」

「We loved our stay. Communication with Kerri was great! Highly recommend for staying in the area will definitely use again!」

「Great view and a nice room overall, but cleanliness could’ve been better (mildew on shower curtains, toothpaste residue on walls in bathroom and dirty dishes left behind). The main issue was communication, I couldn’t access the room at check-in, and the host was forwarding calls or answering and hanging up. After involving VRBO, we got in about an hour later. It definitely put a damper on the start of our trip but, once we were settled in, we did enjoy our stay and had a nice trip overall.」

「We had a great time. Perfect views of the Smokies.」

「The unit was very clean, and the host was responsive. I had no issues and the location was convenient to all the things I was interested in doing.」

「The location was further away from the strip than advertised the unit was older, though it was clean! The amenities were also dated!Overall I’ll give a 6.5/10 not the worst but certainly not the best either!」

「Great location, excellent place to stay. Only issue is no proper consumables like shampoo, soaps etc. Just one Dishwasher pod was provided, I stayed for three days & had to wash for most of the days. Host could have done a better job in that area.」
