"I have traveled to over 90 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide. This is my first one star review. I booked the Queen Bed, Kitchen, In-room dining room. When I arrived on February 3, the room I was given did not have a table inside as shown in the listing, and the air conditioning was not working properly. When I raised these issues, I was told the booked room was under renovations and was then asked to leave. Based on that conversation, I booked another hotel after being told I would be refunded. I did receive a refund for February 3 to 7. However, the February 7 to 14 portion of the reservation was not refunded. The experience was stressful, inconsistent, and handled poorly. I do NOT recommend this property based on how the situation was managed."

"The accommodations was excellent! I am a very picky person. However, i entered and was immediately highly impressed with the units cleanliness and minimalistic, modern style. My family and I felt secure as the building is code gated and has many cameras around the dwelling. Ruth was available, attentive and very helpful. Thank you Ruth for helping my family make wonderful memories "
