「I booked a accessible room with advance. When I checked in I was told I had a regular room and they didn't have a accessible room available. We had to stay there since surrounding hotels had no occupancy. My sister who needs a walker to walk with needed a bathroom accessible to her handicap needs. She struggled to use the toilet. Very disappointed of this inconvenience. You book a room in advance and you face a problem like this is very disturbing.」

「Cute little collection of cabins. Accessibility getting into cabins was poor- variable height old warped wooden stairs made using a cane challenging. I hadn't asked for accessibility but stairs seem pretty basic. I'll go back, but be sure to have dealt with that at reservations. 2 bed room cabin was incredibly small, cozy to cramped depending on your taste. No seating whatsoever except side of bed. Bed reasonably comfortable. Very clean. Prices very high but consistent with that "resort" area....
