It was a beautiful home
In need of some minor maintenance (light bulbs in the backyard, coffee maker that doesn’t spill over, can opener that works, filter on the refrigerator, dripping sink, fence hole with aggressive neighbor dogs). However it’s quite comfortable and convenient. We would definitely stay again!

Well equipped house
The neighborhood is modest but the views are stellar! Perfect house for my husband, three college kids and golden retriever. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Tested the internet for 2 remote workers and 3 kids with devices and it was stretched thin. Very close to downtown. Highly recommend!

All was neat and tidy - loved that we could park in garage as we had three couples at the house. Kitchen well supplied for our cooking needs, even the knives were sharp. Comfortable and roomy communal spaces. No downside whatsoever.

Great location for access to the mountains
This house is clean and comfortable. Property has a large living room with plenty of space to relax. The neighborhood felt welcoming and safe. I was surprised to see a for sale sign in the front yard when we arrived, but there were no showings or issues during our stay. We did have our dogs on site during our stay. I really appreciated the ability to have them with us. I think it is important to note that although the details list "Private Backyard" the back yard is not fully fenced or enclosed. We did have the neighbor dogs in our backyard one morning which caught me off guard. This could have been scary if the other dogs were not friendly.

Spacious ranch home
Nice house to spread out with family and friends. However, if you are staying there in the summer be sure to bring fans. Would have been the perfect place but need A/C in summer months at least until after sunset. The keys are electronic and after you understand how to get in the first time it becomes easy.

Beautiful views!
Everything was clean and as pictured and had beautiful views of Mt. Princeton. The home is a little further from the main part of town, but a great location for visiting Mt. Princeton Hot Springs.
