「Rogers Park is a richly diverse and fascinating neighborhood and this place gives great access to what the neighborhood has to offer. It has good transportation to the rest of the north side and downtown. Expect urban funky and fun. 」

「We stayed here for Loyola orientation and it was great. There was confusion with the lockbox and the property manager immediately responded to help. The unit was very clean and plenty of toiletries provided (including a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc). Plenty of Keurig coffee pod/creamers, and the AC was fantastic. Just a block to a beach, 10-minutes to CTA - I’d definitely stay here again. It is up 3 flights of narrow stairs so keep that in mind.」

「Mark was a great communicator. The place was very clean and cozy. The location was great and in a cute neighborhood. the free parking space around back was perfect for unloading and getting into the property. 10/10 would stay again 」

「The apartment was very clean and comfortable, it was a great base for a long weekend in the city. Access to transit was very easy, and a nice 20-25 walk to Wrigley Field. We loved Everybody’s Coffee around the corner, great coffee and breakfast!」

「My husband and I stayed here while helping one adult son move apartments, and having dinner with another son. Great location for visiting both, and very nice to have dedicated off-street parking . (However, we were driving a full-size SUV - Toyota Highlander - and my husband is a large man. Fitting the car into the space next to a fence, while leaving him room to exit, was a little tricky, but we managed it. Just had to leave extra time for leaving the space.) 「The property was great. Clean, charming, and full of accommodations. Check in/out was really simple if you need a quick place to crash, but has everything you need for a longer stay. The best part was the communication with the host though. Very easy to get in touch with, very detailed in answering questions, and was understanding when discussing damage found from a previous guest. Overall would stay again. 」
