The "FULL POOL" LAKE LANIER LAKE LEVEL is 1,071' above sea level. At full pool there is 5'6" of water under the dock. We have no warning of the Army Corps of Engineers plan regarding control of lake levels. Guests should check to make sure this elevation is appropriate for their needs. Spring / Summers are typically at or above Full Pool. At full pool we can hold most any motor boat on the lake and most sailboats under 30', ALL without any issue. Double check lake level elevations online, to see if the current levels meet your needs.
