“I have no enough words to express my satisfaction and excitement about the property. It is so beautiful so clean and well maintained. The room is equipped with AC system, stove, coffee making machine with all the supplies needed, dishwasher, refrigerator and TV. Soon I entered the room, I whispered to myself thanking the staff for equipping and maintaining the room in such mind blowing condition. Besides, they provide breakfast with a great number of variety to pick from. The concierge is also……

“I wanted to stay the night to break up a long drive, and we got in late. I was given the wrong room layout from what I reserved (1 bed instead of 2), and when they realized their mistake, then called me back to the main lobby and gave me another room that was already occupied. The building is in disrepair, with broken exterior doors that do not shut, broken interior glass, broken safety room locks, and evidence of severe water damage and white mold. The property did not refund my reservation……

“This hotel was exceptionally clean.The front end staff and the housekeepers were very courteous and helpful.The only problem we had was the electricity went off for half of Saturday,came back on and they lost power again Saturday night for about 4 hrs.We were on the 1st floor and had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get back to our room on the 4th floor.The air never went off, Thank God, because their generator is in excellent condition.I won't be returning because it's a pain to get any……

“We found 2 roaches in our room. 1 alive and 1 dead. Our toilet stopped working in the middle of the night and we had to move rooms. Not the property’s fault but someone kept slamming a door at 2 in the morning over and over. Was not restful at all. ”
