“Hotel is older but well maintained. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Easy access to get to the room and very convenient location for an event at the Bismarck Conference Center.”

“No ac at the time ,so had to cancel and stay else where”

“Bathroom in room had dirty washcloth left in it. Shower amenities were empty. Staff pleasant and took care of problems quickly. No elevator to 2nd floor, but, maintenance personal helped with getting luggage to room.”

“The shower did not get hot. They put a $100.00 hold on my card for incidentals, but there was nothing to buy. No snacks or anything.”

“Room was clean. Tub was gross and didn’t drain. Pool was closed and the breakfast was very poor and they ran out fast. You could smell skunk from the housekeepers area. Over all just a low ok.”
