The hotel was terrible, not clean at all, and there was no enough heating for the room. It was a terrible night in addition to the dirty covers used for the beds.

Hotel close to the city center
The only advantage this hotel has is that is near the city center. Disadvantages - hotel staff does not know any other language than Turkish; one of the staff members uses an app to translate from a different language to Turkish; - rooms are terrible: not enough cleaned, in some rooms there is a terrible smell of toilet; rooms are small but they have a TV and air conditioning (they seem old but are functional); you can hear everything from the nearly rooms. - they serve breakfast but after seeing how the kitchen looks like, the appetite is lost; - parking: the hotel does not have a private parking; you can park on the street in front of the hotel if there are available slots; the good thing is that nearby there is a payed parking for which you pay 15 tr per day; 10 tr if you stay less than 8 hours and 3 tr if you stay an hour or less

The reciption employees were kindly and cooperative, Location is very good near castle and the big mosque, Zafer mall, and public transportation. I advise this hotel as a point to go for Bursa tourist.

Nice stay at Asmin hotel
Very good location as it is close to many historic sites. There is great view from the top where I had my breakfast. If they care a bit more on cleanliness it will be great hotel.

Insalubre - Affreux
Je déconseille complètement et je demande à hotels.com de le retirer de votre site Salle d'eau dans un état désastreux: tartre, chasse d'eau cassée, porte ne ferme pas... Travaux et tapage après 1h du matin !! Pas de chauffage C'était un chantier et non pas un hôtel Le personnel essayait d'être gentil mais c'était un vrai cauchemar de tenir la 1ère nuit et bien sûr ils ont refusé de nous rembourser puisqu'on est parti le lendemain...

Otel dolu gerekçesiyle rezervasyon ücretinden yüksek fiyat istediler. Odalar pis. Odanın camı kapanmadığı için soğuk ve gürültü içeri giriyordu. Sokakta yatmaktan farksızdı. Paranızı çöpe atmayın gidin otogarda bankta falan uyuyun aynı şey.

Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü oteldi odamızın tuvaleti kokuyordu odaya ne tuvalet kağıdı ne de duş jeli veya şampuan koymuşlardı ertesi gün söylememize rağmen hala koymadın heralde onları sizin getirmeniz lazım diğer yandan odadaki bütün eşyalar eski yatakları felan odaya pencereden soğuk ve gürültü geliyor ve özellikle yan odalardan yalıtımı çok yetersiz olmalı. Kahvaltısıysa bütün malzeler bimden alınmış gibi oteli kesinlikle önermiyorum

Otel odası genel anlamda temiz degildi. Odada sadece 2 bardak vardı ancak çay kahve ya da su ısıtabileceğimiz bir kettle yoktu. Odanın penceresinde perde yoktu onun yerine cama bişey yapıştırmışlar. Sıcak suyu terasta bulunan su ısıtıcısından alabileceğimizi söylemişlerdi ancak gittiğimde sıcak su alamadım alet bozuktu sanırım ısıtmıyordu.
