「We had an eventful Christmas stay unfortunately, as one of our party had an accident in the barn.
Our review is to highlight the great customer service we received from Inspire Stays, who helped us enormously in locating and covering the cost of a wheelchair rental on Christmas Eve. They went over and above and we're very grateful.
The barn was a lovely space but we weren't really able to enjoy it as we would have wished to.」

「Caravan was very clean and had a lovely homey feel to it. Everything you need for a break, making for a very comfortable stay.
The site itself is nice, great play park for younger kids
We didn't purchase the passes for swimming or the arcades/entertainment, but any onsite staff we met were very helpful and friendly.」

「What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space.
Linda was quick to contact me as soon as the booking went through, requesting my preferences for milk and bread - so thoughtful.

「My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Tern Cottage. It was very comfortable and had everything you would need for a longer stay (washing machine was particularly useful). We also had mid stay housekeeping which we were very impressed with.
The location of the Cottage is extremely close to all the shops, seafront, park and train station.
Any queries we had were dealt with very promptly by the owner Kristin. She was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend a stay here whether short or...

「No control over the heating, only one radiator working ground floor, upstairs hallway radiator not working, boiler kicked in at random times, en-suit shower room, riser rail and door broken. Main TV in lounge very hit and miss, May sleep eight people, though lack of seating in lounge, very sparse kitchen equipment, our waste dustbins were half full, more importantly there were no contact details, or information pack.」
