Ideal Family getaway

Well equipped, spacious and comfortable holiday home. We stayed here with 2 other families and there was plenty of room for everyone. Only a short walk or bike ride from the centre of Dunsborough and the beach is 1 street away.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house layout, pet friendly,. Did not expect two free range chicken's pooping everywhere on outside decks and table tennis table,had to hose down the poop three times on our two day stay, the smell was disgusting.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the location was ideal to access amenities, (beach, Dunsborough Town Centre) the property itself was not what we expected and would not fall under the definition of 'luxury'. Visible dirt and dust and cobwebs throughout the inside and outside of the property (these cobwebs with insects etc did not form overnight) A toilet role holder jammed between the windowsill to hold up the insect screen. The frypan provided in the property was laden with grease and old (it would not take much to replace the cookware from Kmart/Ikea etc) I have taken numerous photos to substantiate these examples. I would not term this property under the 'luxury' banner.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely big house where a lot of the family can get together and spend quality time together. Very clean and well equipped. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor areas because of the wind and rain, however in the warmer weather it would be lovely to relax in the many options outdoors.My only negative was the fact we had to buy quite a few bags of firewood.
