“Hey, we were dissatisfied with the property so we left, we didn’t even stay. There were multiple issues, the pictures in the listing did not accurately represent what was actually there. “Check-in process was horrible we checked in 2 hours late, the apartment wasn’t clean , toilets weren’t clean, towels were bleached pink spots on bluish towels. Several problems with Air / Heat system, which was addressed but not in a timely matter. This is not a Luxe Life ! There are several items in the apartment that had to be addressed during the stay. The building was nice, but the host apartment on the fifth floor needs to be managed and maintained better, ”

“Place was everything we needed. Very clean, loved the decor and comfortable beds. Very close to a variety of restaurants and shops (walking distance and by car), and the PATH station to get to NYC just a few blocks away. Loved that we had a reserved parking space so we did not need to look for street parking. The "LA Pizza" restaurant around the corner had awesome food, which our family enjoyed after a long day visiting the city. We had no issues during our stay and will definitely be back. ”
