"The facility was extremely clean and all utilities from bathroom to air conditioning worked flawlessly. The staff was friendly and very courteous. The only dining option, full breakfast, included with our room was excellent. I would recommend this facility to anyone who visits Bursa and wants to take advantage of the thermal baths in the surrounding area."

"We had a fantastic experience. The staff very professional and friendly. Everything well organised and the customer service just impeccable. It was our first time in Turkey and they told us all about how to get around. Rooms super clean, the food were tasty.
From pool, sauna, massage all 5*. Definitely my first choice if I visit Turkey again.
The only downside is that there isn’t much around. But that isn’t a problem if you’re driving. We had a fantastic experience. The staff very professional...
