“Great property for a couple days stay, if one is visiting the Mayo Clinics. Nice size rooms. Get one with an even number to decrease highway noise. Breakfast was decent. I thought the motel rooms and public areas were very clean. Assistance pertaining to local area was on the mark. With all the construction at medical centers, going one block south out of the parking lot to Second "Street" is a direct method to get downtown clinics!”

“This is a older hotel but well taken care of. The room colors and carpet are out dated but ok. Check in was easy and also the check out.”

“The room we stayed in had a shower attachment that must have been water saving and was very old. The brand was Water Pik and it was white plastic. It took a long time to rinse the shampoo and body wash off. Worst of all, it made a screeching noise the whole time the shower was running, and it didn't matter which setting I turned it to. Also, the bed closest to the window creaked every time I turned in bed or moved. The HVAC system was a through the wall thing that was either blowing out air……

“The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. We did have to call the property in order to find the check-in person and the drapes did not close and block the sunlight.”

“Stayed one night and regretted it. The room was in poor condition from the moment we walked in, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. The bathtub was dirty and failed to drain properly, making it you stand in dirty bath/shower water. It felt like a cosmetic refresh had been done to mask deeper neglect rather than actually addressing the problems. The pool situation was somehow worse. It was packed well beyond what felt safe or comfortable, and there were children running unsupervised……

“Very affordable, pet friendly without making you broke with fees, clean pool and convenient location. The old-school key cards kept failing and we were locked out a lot, but we made it work. Very basic continental breakfast, but the price is right!”

“Shower is very accessible for people with inconvenience in moving. Also, the water tap is installed on the opposite side of the shower head made it extra accessible without having to stand under the shower head/water to turn it on/off - which is great details in desgin. ”

“Really great for a simple, one night, one traveller stay. Clean, good temperature controls, quiet, good parking, adequate breakfast. All in all peaceful.”
