「We stayed at XYZ hotel for about three weeks while vacationing there in tacloban city. All the staff were very friendly, respectful and polite. Our room was kept clean and comfortable. The only issues were that the WiFi keeps dropping off and had to re-log back in. The first 11 days we were at the “ Fine room Queen”5th floor room 503 which was okay, there were molds in the shower area and the air conditioning wasn’t as cold as it should. 「No elevators if that is important to you. Super hot water for showers. AWESOME! Slight urine smell in the hallway near Rm 305. Free breakfast but everything is service cold. Eggs, rice, meat, noodles, everything is cold. We will stay again but if these things are important to you thae maybe look elsewhere. The」
