"The room lived up to all expectations though I had no need for the kitchen amenities. It was spacious, well laid out, and extremely comfortable and clean. I was especially impressed with the entire bathroom area; it looked practically brand new. My traveling companion did mention that their room was equally nice but that it was somewhat noisy given the volume of the TV in the room next to them."

"Even though my flight didn’t leave until 10Am the only shuttle available to the airport was at 5:30am so I missed the complementary breakfast. My room only had two water cups and no coffee cups or coffee pods. The room was very clean and the staff was helpful but too busy for me."

"I am in a wheelchair, my left leg was amputated. I checked in and they gave me a room on the 3rd floor. Not a problem since they had elevators. Later, my husband, who recently had back surgery, and I were going out to eat and the elevators weren't working. My poor husband managed, barely, to get me down the stairs but when we returned the elevators still were not working. We had heck trying to get up all those stairs. We finally made it. Next morning we both were in so much pain. Tried to get some kind of compensation but had no luck. I paid almost $300 between the room and the non refundable pet deposit and to have this kind of service was a nightmare."

"Overall, an amazing experience. This facility is run by an outstanding team who truly go above and beyond. I stayed here for my wife’s graduation at AA, and despite a hectic schedule from Sunday through Tuesday... going back and forth to the airport, the transportation staff and front desk were incredibly accommodating. Their support made everything so much easier. What really stood out was how genuinely attentive everyone was. One gentleman, who I believe worked in facilities, even noticed how exhausted I was and kindly helped when I got off on the wrong floor. The entire staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Shout out to Miss (I cant spell it and do not want to butcher it, so if you're reading you know who you are! lol), to Becca, Markob and the homie at night. I will forever remember you all and will choose this location over and over again so long as you guys are there."

"They say breakfast included but you only get a grad & go bag from the front desk. This not what I am use to. I would have went somewhere else because my flight was not until 2 pm."
