"This place is great for a family. The seaweed was nowhere near as bad as everyone in other reviews made it seem. There are a ton of stairs, but it was nice to burn some calories on our way to consume more food. The pools are great. The food is decent. The little coffee shop/cafe was clutch and made delicious smoothies. Koki beach & Sun and Sea bar are in walking distance. Short drive to Red Hook. Rooms were clean and comfortable."

"The couch is filthy, view from patio is of stacked beach chairs and garbage, welcome binder has not been updated since COVID. Internet (weak security) went out and I had to spend 3 hours waiting to get it fixed then owner wanted me to wait longer “while it was updated”.I’ve stayed in another unit in building 3 - 5 stars. Major issues. Cancel and find another before it’s too late. "

"This was our second visit to St Thomas, the 2nd at Crystal Cove, but the first in this condo. This visit felt smoother overall thanks to the consistent and timely communication from the new owner Ryann. She outlined everything in detail, right down to how to get by the fickle door lock. We had a small hiccup with the cable, and our host Ryann responded nearly immediately to our concern. The condo was very clean and well appointed with the staples for our stay. She even supplied snorkels and floats for the beach! Oh and the view was SPECTACULAR!! You could see the ocean while you dined at the table. Should we make our way back to STT some day, I would definitely stay here again! We had a fantastic experience! This visit gets FIVE STARS from the Deery family!"

"Host was very accommodating for us to leave bags early at condo AND leave them after checkout as well. Easy to call for taxi to pick us up- response time about 5-10 min. Close to Red Hook for other activity and dining options. Condo was perfect/ clean- Norma was soo helpful( house cleaner) providing information for the area as well "
