Top of the world

This place is very high end. Very well equipped and sits on the top of a hill with beautiful views all around. Highly recommend and hope to return soon. Staff was outstanding and responsive

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay very much. We were a family of 18 and rented 5 units. The units were interconncected but could be private, perfect for us. The staff was amazing particularly Flower who answered our many questions. We used the roof top terrace for dinner one evening, was perfect for sunsetting. The pool was perfect for our eight grandchildren and their families and the free sshuttle took us everywhere we needed to go.

Our room overlooked the pool and Flamingo bay, it was hard to leave. but we will be back for sure!OH and the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is absolutely gorgeous and for this, I would give 5 stars. Not as many for the room itself. No internet (nobody had the password), TV was not working and in 2 days no-one could help. The shades on the windows were not working properly, so even if you close two windows, there were other two not working. Bathroom door didn't close etc. We let the admin know and you know what... not a discount, not a " sorry ", nothing at all. Not worth to repeat.
