「It was nice enough, but not quite what we'd expected. While the inn looks like a nice large home, there were no owners on site; just hired staff tending to the 13 rooms. Our room was clean, but basic and unimpressive decor. The breakfast buffet was very good though, and the ocean views from the breakfast tables, and from the front bedrooms I assume (ours faced the back) were lovely.」

「Great little hotel, very well kept, with just the right touch of antique furniture. The rooms are super cosy and the dining/living room is very nice with a beautiful view. The 7-course dinner was outstanding and came with well-paired wine recommendations. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Overall, pretty much the best hotel experience we head during our two-week tour through Nova Scotia.」
