“Hi. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel Verlaine. The hotel is is the residential area a short walk to a public beach and a shop behind it which was great. 15 min walk from the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You can hear some road noise but you are in the city. I really liked the lobby, my room and balcony. The hotel looked after my cases on my last day until my flight home. Fridge in room, cold water dispenser downstairs. A great hotel. Thank you. ”

“Our Welcome was wonderful. Smiley face and lovely greeting. Rang to ensure our room was ready even though we were well before our check in time. We had been upgraded also. Corner room with twin aspect. Super clean bright room. Comfy bed. Service was fantastic and the team there couldn’t have done any more for us. "Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). No replace the bottle of waters. For the breakfast and front desk I think overall was pretty nice. Stella shows our room and give brief introduction about the hotels. The location is nice. "
