"The staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so so friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day and the mini frig was also refreshed! Great shout out to Ramon in the swim up bar, Norma Norma Norma the activities queen, Abad delivering drinks throughout the whole day always tending to your needs, Alexa in the Mexican Restaurant always greeting you with a smile and Lucerno in the Beach side Cafe! We always felt welcome wherever we went. Food was fantastic, all needs were met above and beyond. We WILL be back! Thanks for the memories!!"

"My wife and I recently returned from the most incredible stay at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos, and we can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and first-class service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special – even surprising us with an upgrade to the Presidential Oceanfront Swim-Up Suite. That gesture alone set the tone for what turned out to be a truly unforgettable vacation. The suite was absolutely stunning – spacious, beautifully designed, and steps away from our private swim-up pool with breathtaking ocean views. It felt like we had our own private resort within the resort. Every morning we watched the sunrise from our patio with coffee in hand, and every evening we relaxed in total luxury. What really stood out to us, though, was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. Whether it was poolside, at one of the excellent restaurants, or just walking around the resort, we felt completely taken care of.
