「Staff was very friendly. Room was extremely clean as was the entire hotel. Bed was a little too firm for our liking but others might love that. Parking was a little hard to locate because it’s behind the hotel and you have to get on the other street Our only complaint was that we could smell sewer periodically over the 20 hours we stayed and maybe that’s just typical of San Jose Del Cabo. Outside of that, the hotel was A plus. 」

「We had an excellent experience all around including property management communications , our condo unit/amenities and the location. A block from beach with many restaurants, supermarkets, shops nearby. The condo has a great layout and well decorated, with attention to detail including quality beds, bedding, and towels. Loved the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. Will definitely stay again. 」

「So we stayed in the condo side of the property. Without purchasing the day pass for $120USD you only had access to the pool everything else would have been a separate fee. That was not mentioned in the booking . It was still a good deal to pay for the day pass at the hours of 9-5pm and just make sure to take extra snacks for later in the evening. With the day pass we had access to all the amenities」
