“The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.”

“Plus:
-Die Rezeption hat bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet.
-Das Zimmer war sauber.
Minus:
-Eine Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war nicht möglich. Unsere vorherigen Anfragen via Expedia (ist die Rezeption wirklich offen wg. Fährankunft um 22:00 Uhr) wurden am nächsten Tag nur mit vorgefertigten nichtssagenden Texten beantwortet.
-Unser Zimmer war alt und verschlissen und es lag ein Geruch in der Luft (Schweiß?)
-Das angekündigte WLAN war non existent.
-Sobald das Licht aus war, überfielen uns circa 20……

“This hotel is simply amazing, the property is well kept: beautiful landscape, garden, restaurants and bar. We had breakfast and dinner which were well prepared. The breakfast came with fresh squeezed orange juice, variety of bread, crepes, meat and dinner menu has a wide selection, including kid’s plate, seafood, meat and desserts. They have an extensive dessert menu also.
Everyone is simply attentive, kind, and welcoming. Receptionists, servers, and team members were fluent in English.……
