“We stayed one night for a local concert at Caldicot Castle. The owner/landlord is so friendly and welcoming (and the staff). Great food at lunch - The steak and ale pie is excellent, as are the home cooked chips from locally sourced produce. Lovely quiet, comfortable and clean room with mini fridge, kettle and coffee/tea available. Great breakfast. Overall a really pleasant stay - Excellent. ”

“Just returned from a 2 night stay spacious room for 3 of us. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was above the bar which had music on 2nd night there which went off at 11 so did not affect our stay. Didn't book breakfast there was a wetherspoons 2 minutes walk away. Would stay there again.”
