“This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated……

“Being the first time to visit Montreal, Hotel William Gray definitely impressed me, for both its location and staffs. It is located inside the old Montreal area, that means you are easily to enjoy the day and night scene of the area. You may choose any restaurant (in which there are a lot of restaurants to choose) you like and return to the hotel within 5 minutes walk. “I booked a 3-night hotel stay and had a very good experience. The only downside was that they didn't offer room service on the first day. Everything else was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again.”

“The place is incredibly nice, very rich but minimalistic feel; however, the parking situation was not a vibe. Since you are in the tourist hub, it's a pedestrian only area, so locating overnight parking was quite a challenge and I didn't find them to be the most upfront or helpful with this. When I inquired they provided what appeared to be helpful instructions, but when I had issues with the instructions and tried to call them, I wasn't able to get through to anyone and had to figure it out……
