“Clean room, good location, great staff”

“Super zentral gelegenes Hotel nur ein paar Schritte von der Rambla in Barcelona entfernt. Man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen und auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist einwandfrei. Es gibt sogar einen schönen Pool und Liegemöglichkeiten zum entspannen auf dem Dach. Einzig das Frühstück ist eher schlicht und ohne große Auswahlmöglichkeit. Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas zu klein geraten und es dauerte in den Stoßzeiten etwas bis man einen Tisch ergattern konnte, der dann noch gesäubert……

“Was a great place for us to stay-smack dab in the middle of the gothic district which is dense, loud and very interesting. Lots of excellent restaurants and not so excellent restaurants nearby. ”

“I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have any… there weee so many places to eat on the doorstep. This is a lovely hotel in a great place. There was works right outside but it didn’t bother us as the windows were sound proof. Lovely staff who were on hand to do anything. Lovely touches with chocolates & sweets in reception if you fancied. Lovely latte on arrival & was given some great info on area. The room was lovely, beds comfy & I would defo recommend or stay again. ”

“The hotel is not bad, location is great, but Very bad service at reception. They try to over charge you on things and take a long time both check in and check out. Tried to make a complaint to the front desk manager and he was not willing to even listen . ”

“The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was larger than I expected and was very comfortable with everything I needed. The hotel is located in the city center, so it is very convenient to get around. The main entrance gate is small and it took some time for me to find it. Overall, it's a very nice stay and I will definitely stay in this hotel should I visit Barcelona again. ”

I travel a lot, and they are really the best! I think this should a at least 3 star hotel! Elegant with a few hundred years history. Very nice 👍, we are very pleased with our stay ! ”
