"I express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was far from acceptable, and I feel compelled to share the issues we encountered. Firstly, the hotel staff were unhelpful and dismissive, which left me feeling extremely distressed. The room we were assigned had no working air conditioning, rendering it unfit for purpose, especially considering the high temperature. "The staff were excellent. Friendly & helpful with a seamless and quick check-in and check-out. The room facilities also excellent. Where I think it comes up slightly short is the pool was very warm and shallow and not at all refreshing. The pool area is lovely with plenty of beds and enough space to not have people very close to you. The breakfast buffet was nice but only had one very dry bacon every day which seemed like turkey bacon? It wasn’t very nice. I also think it is the only 5 star...

"This was such a pretty, clean and convenient place to stay! Literally 3 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk and close to many restaurants for lunch, dinner. The apartment had every convenience you could wish for including Washer/Dryer. We found it very nice to use and would certainly stay there again! It helps that the owner's parents live right below and can help with anything if needed, but owner very responsive as well. Lovely visit!"
