Amazing views from villa but would advise turning right out of villa to get into javea it's a little further but unless your a confident driver it can be quite daunting driving up or down if you turn left out of villa ( plus you will miss a fantastic little restaurant called restaurante amanecer where the food and staff are exceptional you can have a swim before or after your meal "

"We stayed in this apartment in what appears to be the coldest, windiest & wettest Feb & March for a very long time. We have spent 9 previous winters in Sitges which is usually 3-4 degrees colder, so we are aware that the weather can be inclement, but the apartment wasn't suitably set-up for winter lets.Our host, Jayne, cannot be faulted, thank you again for your professionalism, proactivity, efficiency & friendliness despite us highlighting some of the problems we faced. She was determined to do her very best to make our stay more comfortable & she went out of her way to do this, specifically in rectifying issues within 48hrs of us discussing these with her; for sourcing a shopping trolley for us to loan & for keeping us always informed when liaising with tradesmen for example when we discovered that the persianas didn’t work/broken when we tried them; &, when the internet when down. It was a shame that she was unable to join us for lunch as a thank you – perhaps next time !The apartment is NOT south facing as advertised at the time of booking - it was very very cold even when a gas heater was provided. The a/c units in the main living was old & inefficient. Furniture/furnishings are very outdated/tired (apart from the TV) - in need of a total refit to bring it up to a good standard. There were a number of items listed that were not available, after highlighting, we received a Nespresso machine & microwave - we were told there are plans to install a dishwasher."

" Location superb, car parking under the property difficult to navigate with anything larger than a small car. Great communication from Martin. View of Montgo now obscured due to new build. Lovely pool but could do with a handrail at steps. Was generally quite quiet, there are some residents with children, but they weren't particularly annoying. Large appartment, squeaky beds quite low if you have bad knees, 2 of the 4 tvs have no channels, but only an issue if you watch tv in bed. AC works well. No ventilation in the bathrooms so it gets very steamy, not sure if this could be resolved as bathrooms are all internal. Lovely terrace and outdoor seating, Full sun all afternoon. Didnt use the kitchen facilities but everything was there. Enjoyed doing a jigsaw in the evenings. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Overall waa a lovely place to stay, wonderful for the pool and location."
