“The overall experience was a very frustrating one. There were delays in replying to my emails and my welcome message with information about shopping etc arrived whilst we were at the airport. The villa was tired, dark and needed some attention. The main bathroom had a faulty shower door, the hooks for towels was in the cupboard and a plug hanging off the wall. We also didn’t have enough crockery or cutlery . Jens was responsive and came back to rectify this but it shouldn’t have been like……
