「We loved that this place, had everything we needed. The pillows and comforter so soft. Wasn't expecting an extra bathroom in the living room, which was great! Beautiful place. So cozy. Owner answered right away for any question or help we needed. Neighbors were so friendly. For sure we will come back when we return to Van Nuys.」

「The apartment was really clean. There are many shops and restaurants as well as walking distance to the walk of fame. We didn’t like that we could hear people walking above us at all hours, but this is no fault of the owner. The place itself was excellent and we would stay there again. 」

「The location was great because it is a 15 min walk to downtown Culver City and a block from a nice park. It is generally quiet and the fan can block out sounds of the street if you are a light sleeper. Parking in the back and was a little tight but if everyone parks in the middle of their spot it works fine. Everything was clean and the property manager was responsive. We would stay here agin when visiting LA. 」

「We absolutely loved this rustic little spot on the hill, close to so many activities and tucked away in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Stephen was a wonderful host. Would love to stay again!A couple of things that might be helpful for those traveling with kids: there is no kitchen sink and no door to the one upstairs bedroom. 「The pool in pictures is not the pool at property. There’s a hot tub on the roof. No pool towels. Place was clean and neat. Just promised my kids a pool and there wasn’t one so it was a bust in that sense. Also the fees were outrageous, I am military and don’t make a lot of money and this place was super expensive. 」

Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me
Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel
Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
