「Staff were accommodating!」

「The hotel was fantastic and we really enjoyed staying here, our only complaint would be that food was regularly taken away a half hour before the breakfast cut off of 9:30. The cereal would be shut down, waffle batter, or gravy dumped, or waffle irons turned off. If breakfast ended at 9 we would be sure to come down with more time, but my family anticipated a 9:30 cutoff that wasn't followed.」

「Our room was clean upon arrival. However, there were 4 of us, we took it upon ourselves to straighten the sheets every day, but the maids did not straighten what we had done or change the linen the entire time we were there. We were there 4 nights, not sure if this is new Hilton policy on water conservation but for $425 a night it was expected. They only emptied trash cans & left fresh towels. 「As expected for the price. Check-in host was great. Room had used tissues in the tissue box, seal-broken and used hand lotion, a used Zicam on the nightstand, a broken Roku remote, no blanket, just a thin topper, and the neighbors were thumping their music so loud at 12am that we had the call the desk. 「The atmosphere was amazing! The only thing that I was surprised by...the slide for the kids wasn't open and it was at the end of May. The Hotel is very conveniently located near some wonderful restaurants and shopping so we stayed very busy and wish we could have stayed longer to try out more things. We spent every morning on the beach and every afternoon at the beautiful pool in a cabana, then a different restaurant every evening...such a wonderful time!」

「Room was dirty damp and smelly. The efficiency kitchen was disgusting, a total joke! Arrived at midnight so no choice but to spend the night! We talked to the staff at the front desk first thing in the morning and was promised a full refund which we never received. Contacted Expedia upon returning home and refund was denied because the room key was left in the room. We were only there for 6 hrs paid $936!! Terrible experience DO NOT RECOMMEND」
