"The only complaint I have, and it was my fault that I did not notice. I asked for a room for 3 adults and ot a room with 2 single beds, my fault for not questioning. The resort added a cot to remidey remedy the situation."

"We were originally booked at this hotel OYO 473 as advertised with amenities & parking, but upon arrival we were told that the room they're giving us don't have t.v. or wifi access!
