「Beds were ok but not as comfortable as other hotels especially the pillows. The steal house restaurant should be open when the horses are running. Customers have no place to go for a decent meal Very disappointed in food selection.」

「I truly enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect. It was close to the Mall and the Civic Center. I only stayed one night but the staff really made an impression on me. The front desk clerk, Chautona McZeal was Awesome! She was very kind and helpful. You would never guess that it was her 1st day on the job. My room was prepared by Mattie and she did a great job. She even met me in the parking lot to make sure that everything was OK with the room. Excellent Customer Service!」
