    Welcome to Rosas House, an exclusive, newly-built free-standing residence nestled in the serene area of ​​Estreito da Calheta. With its private parking and modern amenities, this luxurious home offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and breathtaking views.

    Step inside and be greeted by an expansive open-plan living space with soaring ceilings and panoramic views of the ocean. The elegant lounge and fully-equipped kitchen are designed for both relaxation and entertainment, allowing you to enjoy the magnificent surroundings in style.

    This home boasts two spacious en-suite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom for the utmost convenience and privacy. A third, elegantly appointed guest bathroom is located in the hallway for added ease.

    The exterior of the property is just as inviting, with a stylish outdoor lounge area featuring sun loungers and dining furniture, perfect for enjoying Madeira's year-round mild climate.     The house has airconditioning throughout the house only that one feels comfortable right throught the year.

We had a great stay at Rosa's House, it was exactly what we wanted for our family of four. Out of the major tourist area, beautiful country side, jacuzzi under the stars at night after long days of hiking and exploring...The house is clean, perfect size and good layout (we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room, but our kids in the first room did too!), the outdoor space is very generous for Madeira, with various sitting/chilling areas, the kitchen was well equipped and the beach towels provided were much appreciated. Oh and water pressure was great and beds were comfy! In terms of location, we loved it too - Calheta has a cute boardwalk and beach, there is a small grocery store 1-2 min drive away, we easily drove to anywhere on the island and we could even walk to Pukiki (awesome Hawaiian themed bar with delicious fresh cocktails)!The host was easy to communicate with, everything went smoothly :) Hope to come back some day and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place to anyone!
