不滿：整潔度和住宿狀況
Where to start. The track up to the apartment is very narrow, steep and rough. Its awkward to turn around at the top. When parking on the tiny parking space the car goes on 3 wheels getting on and off. Its not ideal.
The apartment. The spiral staircase looks good on the pictures. The reality is its a nightmare. Its too narrow to take a suitcase up. We banged our heads on the metal steps and on the roof at the top. Its very dangerous going down to the bathroom at night.
The roof terrace sold us the apartment but can only be reached by the spiral staircase. Impossible to carry a tray of drinks or food upstairs safety. So we didn't use it.
There is a damp problem in the bedroom. The bed felt damp every night we got in and by the end of the week the ceiling had lots of black mould patches everywhere.
The communication with the host was not the best. Struggled to get hold of her before we arrived. Got no reply through our messages on Expedia or Vrbo.
We honestly did not want to stay the second we arrived. We were on our phones looking for alternative accommodation but it was all to expensive on top of what we had already paid. And with the lack of communication we felt we would get no refund.
On our return we expressed our concerns to the host but again received no reply.
