「Great stay」

「The condo was beautiful and nice and clean. Check in was easy.」

「The house is really nice and clean. I would definitely stay again. The only problem I had was requesting a late checkout of only 2 hours. I kept getting a response to request it the morning of departure. Since checkout is at 10:00 am it didn’t make any sense. I did request it at 8:00 am and still received the same response.」

「Spacious and well-laid out unit. Easy check-in instructions provided by the owner. Great place for families. Open concept which works well when cooking in the kitchen. Nice location on the first floor, but we never heard any neighbor noise above us. Parking spaces right outside your door for easy loading and unloading. The gated pool is close (steps from back covered patio with chairs) and just beyond it is a beautiful view of Lake Marion. Although we traveled to the area for a funeral, this...

「We had a wonderful stay in West Columbia. This condo is clean, and we like a really clean space in which to stay on our travels. Who wouldn’t? It has beautiful green trees outside the sliding doors that hid the Saluda River during our August stay. You feel enclosed in lush greenery. It is a private community that is quiet and beautifully landscaped. We were 5 minutes away from Riverside Botanical Gardens and Zoo! Our stay was a delight. Bob and Dana are wonderful hosts.」

「I loved the property and how while walking to the pool the downstairs neighbors had plants growing and gave it a homey feel. The fenced in pool wasn't too far from the condo which was comforting because I have a toddler. The wooded area around it felt like a secluded get away. The condo itself was clean, well stocked with dishes, silverware, and cooking needs. The beds were very comfortable, and my toddler loved the family room rug. His words "ooo, cozy!". We can't wait to come back! 」

「Main table was wobbly and AC randomly even when off but bed is comfy and place was clean and cute. It is upstairs!」

「My family stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. This place has everything you need PLUS more! It was very clean and cozy. The host is very responsive and goes above and beyond to help with any need you may have whether it is about the home or outside of the home. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this home to everyone. 10 out of 10!」

「My husband played in a golf tournament and I explored the area. Santee is home to a fabulous State Park, there are shopping and antiquing options, plenty of decent restaurants, Charleston is an easy drive and EVERYONE of the locals is helpful and hospitable. Tons of GREAT golf courses. Fishing is everywhere but we don’t fish.」

「We enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. It was very spacious. We only had a couple complaints. The fridge didnt get very cold. The neighbor that was next to us his dog barked all night. There was also a man that was harassing us throughout the stay also talking to me 12 year old while she was outside. He seemed to be drunk but lives there. The condo its self was perfect! My family had a great 4th of July staying here. 」

「The owner helped me when I was confused and remained patient with me when I originally cabled the trip. Due to great respect displayed by the property manager, l felt comfortable enough to re-book with the confusion set aside. Property was spacious and the main bed was just as I imagined」
