Private: property 900 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Terrace. In the house: WiFi, washing machine. Shop 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Estacion Bus Calpe" 5 km, sandy beach 2 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, y Benidorm Palace (Benidorm). Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied. Outside shower with cold and warm water.

Excellent, clean, quiet

Lovely clean villa with nice grounds and good pool. Quiet area. Large villa being built next door but quiet when we were there. Interhomes were excellent.
